What are the prerequisites?
- Currently, no prerequisites are necessary. However, students with a strong background in construction, building science or home inspection tend to pick up the material at a faster pace.
How much time is required to complete the course?
- Our online classes are self-paced and therefore the time required for completion varies from student to student. Typically, most students require approximately 30 hours. Many of our students maintain full time jobs during the course and complete the class during evenings and weekends.
